Resident How To Use the Website Guide

Welcome to The Fountains Condominium Operations Website!

This website services several sub-associations belonging to The Fountains. Each sub-association has it's own section with special view permissions for residents of it's association alone. In order to access this restricted content you must first register for the website.

If you have not yet registered please do so here.

If you have recently closed on property in The Fountains you may experience up to a 2 week waiting period before your registration can be processed while your closing paperwork is finalized and you are added into our accounting software. 

All of your association specific information can be found under the Associations tab above. Here you can expect to find:
  • All association documents including:
    • Governing documents
    • Newsletters
    • Meeting Notices
    • Applications for lease or purchase
    • Financial documents
    • etc.
  • Pool rules
  • A list of upcoming social events for your association
  • Contact information for submitting:
    • Maintenance Request
    • Landscaping Requests
    • Pool Requests
    • Irrigation Requests
Additionally, Your member profile is synced with our accounting software so you will be able to see your account balance and pending maintenance requests from My Resident Area. Navigate using the tabs located towards the top of the webpage. 

It is of utmost importance that you update your contact information in your member profile immediately. Please do not include your spouse's email in your profile, instead please create a separate profile for each member of your household HERE (if one does not already exist) and put their contact information in their own profile. Each member of your household can have a separate login. Telephone numbers can only be updated from the primary record holder's profile.
